The Timbers Army went silent for the first 33 minutes of tonight’s match against the arch rival Seattle Sounders PORTLAND, Ore. — Supporters groups from the Portland Timbers and Seattle Sounders staged a silent protest for the first 33 minutes of Friday’s match between the two teams.

David Beckham delves into the thought process behind Inter Miami CF’s crest and his vision of creating one that has both South American flavour and modern flare.

Despite MLS finally awarding a franchise to Miami, ESPN FC’s Alejandro Moreno says details are still lacking about David Beckham’s club.

David Beckham takes time for ESPN FC’s Alexis Nunes to announce his plans for an MLS franchise in Miami.

With MLS set to formally announce David Beckham’s team in Miami, former MLS coaches Steve Nicol and Paul Mariner assess how he can succeed as an owner.

Miami Mayor Francis Suarez says that the finding of high levels of toxic materials on the proposed site for Inter Miami’s soccer stadium is “not anything that jeopardizes the deal in any way.”
Inter Miami, which counts David Beckham among its ownership group, is currently in the process of negotiating a 99-year lease with the city for a $1 billion development project — dubbed Miami Freedom Park — that will include a 25,000-seat stadium. The project is set to be built on what is currently the…

The proposed stadium site for Inter Miami CF contains levels of arsenic, lead, and barium that exceed legal limits, according to a new environmental analysis conducted by consultants hired by the team.
The Miami Herald was the first to report the news.
The site is occupied by Melreese Country Club, the city’s only publicly-owned golf course. But the land was once home to a municipal incinerator that was shut down decades ago, resulting in contamination of the site. During the 1960s, the site was…
