Frosinone held on with gritted teeth but Juventus finally pierced through that strong defence, grabbing a 2-0 victory to make it five wins out of five.
It was clear from the start that the home side had no intention of playing football. Registering 72% possession and attempting 30 shots on goal, Juventus simply spent their time launching attack after attack but couldn’t find their way through against a stubborn defence.
Uncharacteristically sloppy and wasteful in possession, the Bianconeri were…

Massimiliano Allegri hopes Juventus will be able to reach second Champions League final in a row.

The FC crew pinpoint how Tottenham were able to turn around an early 2-0 deficit at Juventus and gain the advantage in their Champions League tie ahead of the second leg.
Federico Bernardeschi said Juventus’ Champions League tie with Tottenham Hotspur is far from over despite his side relinquishing a two-goal lead to draw 2-2 at the Allianz Stadium on Tuesday night.
The Italian champions must win in London on March 7 or draw 2-2 to force extra time and possibly penalties. A draw with more goals would see them progress, but defeat or a 0-0 or 1-1 draw would send last year’s finalists out.
Bernardeschi nevertheless believes the tie still has legs and insists Juve will…

Federico Bernardschi returned to former club Fiorentina and duly scored the winner in Juventus’ 2-0 victory.

In yet another controversial match played in a heated atmosphere, Juventus defeated Fiorentina 2-0 on Friday to go to the top of Serie A.

The Viola seemed intent on making the difference and played a good first half and even hit the post, but things got even better when they were awarded a penalty and a chance to open the scoring when the ball hit Giorgio Chiellini’s arm. After much deliberation and VAR consultation, the decision was reversed, leaving Fiorentina incensed.

In the second half,…

Federico Bernardeschi will be a marked man Friday against former club Fiorentina.

There is no greater joy to be had in Serie A than defeating Juventus. Inflicting pain on a side that is relentless in their quest for victories, almost robotic in their manner is a feat few have enjoyed in recent seasons. However, no team in the league, not Inter nor Roma despise Juve quite like Fiorentina. In the words of Viola legend Giancarlo Antognoni, “For Florence it’s THE Game, with a capital G.”

For the Bianconeri, it is a match like any other, one to be played with maturity and professionalism…

By defeating Genoa 2-0 in the Coppa Italia, Juventus have qualified for the quarterfinal and achieved yet another objective for the season thus far.

Genoa looked more concerned with halting Juventus than creating danger allowing Juventus to take control of the match. With an attack spearheaded by Paulo Dybala, Juve looked dominant and in control as the wide men created opportunities and Dybala played with great mobility to demonstrate the side’s superiority.

Genoa only sprang to life in the…

Max Allegri has warned his Juventus side not underestimate Fiorentina on Wednesday.

Cutting inside from the left flank, Fiorentina’s Federico Chiesa curled a shot with his right foot into the far top corner from the edge of the box. The crowd in the Stadio Artemio Franchi exploded into joy. Chiesa’s spectacular goal against Bologna last week looked remarkably like the ones his father and Viola legend Enrico Chiesa used to score.
On Tuesday morning, both the faces of the younger Chiesa and Federico Bernardeschi made it to the front page of Quotidiano Sportivo. Friends…
