Struggling Kaizer Chiefs suffered another body blow at the weekend with a MTN8 semi-final defeat to extend their trophyless-run and see their status as South Africa’s most popular and most successful club slip further.

Kaizer Chiefs’ long pursuit of Godfrey Walusimbi has come to an end after the Ugandan defender penned a three-year deal with the South African club, arriving from Kenyan side Gor Mahia.
The 29-year-old will add to the full-back stocks that were depleted with the departures of Tsepo Masilela and Sibusiso Khumalo at the end of last season.
