Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang joined Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane as joint top scorers in the Premier League in Arsenal’s 3-1 win at Burnley.

Sadio Mane’s brace against Wolves wasn’t enough for Liverpool to steal the Premier League title on Manchester City on the final day of the season.
Liverpool’s Sadio Mane and Arsenal’s Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang both scored twice on the final Sunday to share the Premier League’s Golden Boot award for top scorer with last season’s winner Mohamed Salah.
The achievement of the three African strikers left Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp especially proud as he has played such an important part in the development of the trio’s careers.

Klopp said it was too soon to say whether Salah would be able to play against Barca.

“What I heard, he got the hip of the goalie on his head,” Klopp said. “He was then on the ground and the doc had to make a decision ‘on the pitch or off the pitch’ and the decision was off the pitch. We accept…

The ESPN FC panel don’t have a bad word to say about Liverpool’s performance but are in awe of the way Lionel Messi almost single-handedly beat them back.
Liverpool need a miracle at Anfield next week despite dominating much of the first leg. The Reds had more of the ball and more of the chances, but they didn’t have Lionel Messi, and ultimately that was the difference in a 3-0 defeat.

Positives
Not many sides will go to Camp Nou and take the game to Barcelona as impressively as Liverpool did. That’s a sign of the progress made by the Reds in the last couple of years, but successful sides score when they need to and Liverpool did not take their…
