Those who’ve watched matches at Moscow’s Spartak Stadium – Brazil play Serbia there on June 27 – might have noticed a set of four statues next to the goalpost on the left of the dugouts. It’s of four men; two are sitting on a bench, two standing next to them. It’s an unusual setting for a monument – right by the playing area, taking up precious real estate reserved for photographers.

Anti-discriminatory body Kick It Out said that conclusion…

The ESPN FC crew discuss how Liverpool would perform in some hypothetical matchups in the UEFA Champions League quarterfinals.

Liverpool carried a comfortable lead into the second leg and had little to do at Anfield as they advance to the quarterfinals for the first time since 2008-09.

Liverpool carried a comfortable lead into the second leg and had little to do at Anfield as they advance to the quarterfinals for the first time since 2008/09.
UEFA’s investigation into allegations by Liverpool’s Rhian Brewster of racist abuse by a Spartak Moscow player has failed to find any evidence to corroborate the claim.
European football’s control, ethics and disciplinary body acknowledged the allegation was made in good faith by the 17-year-old but, after a number of extensive interviews of players and match officials, it came down to Brewster’s word against that of Spartak captain Leonid Mironov.
The defender admitted swearing at Brewster during…
