The Los Angeles Galaxy declined their option on former United States midfielder Jermaine Jones on the final day for MLS’ non-playoff teams to make contract option decisions.
Jones, 36, made 20 appearances for the Galaxy this season but failed to help LA to a postseason spot in the Western Conference.
