Former Manchester United forward Ravel Morrison has completed a permanent move to Ostersunds FK in Sweden, his former club Lazio have confirmed.

The Portland Timbers’ pursuit of a Designated Player forward has led them to Tigres’ Eduardo Vargas, league sources have confirmed to ESPN FC.
