Atletico Madrid forward Kevin Gameiro has hailed the impact head coach Diego Simeone has had on the club.
Atletico Madrid have announced Kevin Gameiro, Nicolas Gaitan and Miguel Angel Moya have all picked up injuries ahead of the club’s match against Malaga on Saturday.
French forward Gameiro and goalkeeper Moya have been diagnosed with thigh problems, while Gaitan is slowed by arthritis in his toe.
A team statement said: “An MRI scan was carried out on Moya on Thursday after the injury he suffered in training last Wednesday.
